What This Is

CD Knutts is a website where you can enroll in free and paid courses about how to use AI. Free Course 1 ("AI Fundamentals") is available at no cost. Paid courses are billed through Stripe.

Account and Email Consent

By enrolling in any course, you agree to receive transactional emails about that course (confirmation, content access, updates). Marketing emails are sent only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

Intellectual Property

All content on this website and inside the courses, including text, video, design, and code, is owned by RepPreps LLC. You may not copy, reproduce, redistribute, or resell any course content without written permission.

Educational Content Disclaimer

Course content is educational. Results vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, income, or career results from taking any course.

Refunds

Refund terms for paid courses are stated at the point of purchase. Free courses have no refund (you paid nothing).

Limitation of Liability

This website and its courses are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. RepPreps LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of this site or its content. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us for the course in question.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless RepPreps LLC from any claims arising from your use of this site or violation of these terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law provisions.

Severability

If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
