When you enroll in a CD Knutts course, we collect:

  • Name and email address - to create your account on app.cdknutts.com
  • Your responses to intake questions - to understand your experience level and tailor the course experience
  • IP address - temporarily, for rate limiting (not stored long-term)
  • Timestamps - when you submitted the form

How We Use Your Data

Your information is used solely to:

  • Create your account and grant access to the course you enrolled in
  • Email you confirmations, updates, and content you signed up for
  • Understand our audience to build better courses

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.

Where Your Data Lives

  • Database: Supabase (PostgreSQL), hosted in the United States
  • Email: Resend, for transactional emails only
  • Hosting: Vercel
  • Payments: Stripe (paid courses only). We never see your card details.

We use functional cookies only. No tracking cookies, no analytics cookies, no advertising cookies.

Data Retention

Your enrollment data is retained for as long as your account is active. You can request deletion at any time.

Your Rights

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing info@cdknutts.com. We will respond within 30 days.

California Residents (CCPA)

We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Children

This site is not intended for anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.

Sensitive Data

Do not submit Social Security numbers, financial account numbers, or other sensitive personal information through any form on this site. We do not need it and cannot protect it in this context.
